Welcome to our short comic-style series service. These Terms and Conditions (referred to as "these Terms") form a legal agreement between you and us regarding your use of this website, application, and related services (referred to as "the Service").

1. Description of Service

The Service provides short comic-style episodes (referred to as "Episodes") covering themes such as time travel, underdog comebacks, cultivation, and mythological fusion stories. Users can watch Episodes online through the Service.

2. Free Trial

We offer a free trial portion for each Episode. The trial requires no payment but may have limited content. Full Episodes require a subscription to watch.

3. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscription prices are based on individual Episodes. The current minimum price is 20 rupees per Episode (prices may be adjusted from time to time, and we will notify you in advance of any changes).
  • Once payment is completed, you will receive permanent access to the corresponding Episode (unless a breach described in Section 8 occurs).
  • Payment methods are subject to the third-party payment platforms we support (such as credit cards, debit cards, UPI, etc.).

4. Share to Watch for Free

  • You may legally share Episode links with others. When you meet the sharing conditions specified by us (such as sharing on social media or messaging apps), you may unlock certain Episodes to watch for free.
  • The specific sharing rules and free unlock conditions will be provided on the campaign page or in the app. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time.

5. Subscription is Permanent

  • Once you complete payment for an Episode subscription, that Episode is permanently available to you. You can log into your account and watch it at any time without additional payment.
  • "Permanent" refers to the normal operation period of the Service. In the event of force majeure or if we cease operations, we will handle the rights of paid users properly in accordance with the law.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You may not copy, distribute, pirate, publicly screen, or use any Episode from the Service for commercial purposes.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure and may not share your subscription access with others.
  • If your account is terminated or legal disputes arise due to your violation of the above rules, you will bear the consequences.

7. Intellectual Property

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Episodes, images, text, logos, and other content belong to us or our lawful licensors. No one may reproduce, modify, or use them for other purposes without our written permission.

8. Service Termination and Refunds

  • We strive to provide a stable Service but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • In general, due to the replicable nature of digital content, no refunds will be given for completed subscription payments. The only exception is if our technical issues completely prevent you from watching a purchased Episode; in that case, you may contact us for a refund after verification.
  • If you seriously violate these Terms (such as by pirating or distributing content), we have the right to terminate your account access immediately, and any paid fees will not be refunded.

9. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages (such as loss of time or loss of profits) arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The modified Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. If you continue to use the Service, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of India for resolution.
