Welcome to our short comic-style series service. This Privacy Policy (referred to as "this Policy") explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. This Service is primarily provided through Telegram.

1. What Information We Collect

When you use our Service, we may collect the following information:

  • Telegram User ID: When you interact with us via Telegram (for example, by sending a purchase command), our bot automatically obtains your unique Telegram user ID. This is used to identify you, verify your purchase, and add you to the corresponding private episode channel.
  • Telegram Username: If you have set a username, we may also collect it so that we can contact you when necessary (for example, customer support or refund processing).
  • Subscription and Payment Information: Your purchase records for episode subscriptions. Payments are processed through third‑party payment platforms (such as Razorpay, PayPal, UPI, etc.). We do not collect or store your sensitive payment information such as bank card details or UPI passwords. We only keep transaction status, time, amount, and order number for verification purposes.
  • Channel Join Records: We record which private channels you have been added to, in order to confirm your subscription entitlements.

We do not collect: your email address, IP address, device information, browser type, nor do we monitor your specific viewing behaviour inside private channels (Telegram itself does not provide such data to channel administrators).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only for the following purposes:

  • To verify your purchase and add you to the corresponding private episode channel;
  • To process your payment and send purchase confirmations (via Telegram private messages);
  • To respond to your customer support inquiries or handle refund requests;
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, or bulk purchases by bots;
  • To send you important notifications via Telegram when necessary (for example, channel migration or service changes).

3. Do We Share Your Information?

We promise not to sell your personal information. We only share it in the following limited circumstances:

  • Third‑party payment processors: To complete your payment, we pass necessary order information (such as amount and order number) to the payment platform you choose.
  • Legal requirements: If required by Indian law or a judicial authority, we may disclose necessary information.
  • Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of the assets. We will notify you in advance via Telegram.

We do not share your Telegram user ID with advertisers or other third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including:

  • Using secure APIs for bot communication with Telegram;
  • Restricting internal access to user ID data to authorised personnel only;
  • Regularly reviewing code to prevent data leaks.

Please note that no internet communication is 100% secure, but we do our best to protect your information.

5. Data Retention

We retain your Telegram user ID and subscription records as long as you remain in our private channels (i.e., your subscription is active). When you leave all private channels or your subscription expires, we will delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period.

Transaction records may be kept for a longer period as required by applicable Indian law (for example, tax requirements).

6. Your Rights

Under applicable Indian law, you have the following rights:

  • Access: You may contact us to request a copy of the information we hold about you (primarily your Telegram ID and subscription records);
  • Correction: If your Telegram username changes, we can update our records;
  • Deletion: You may request that we delete your Telegram ID and subscription records. This usually means you need to leave all private channels and terminate the Service;
  • Withdraw consent: You may leave the private channels at any time to stop using the Service;
  • Lodge a complaint: You may file a complaint with the Indian data protection authority.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is intended for adults (18 years or older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via our Telegram public channel or private messages. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
